July 16 Label Land Update.
I wanted to thank everyone for their comments.

And even the downright Harsh and Nasty.
The saying goes you never get a second chance to make a first impression. In business even if the first impression is great, I can be easily forgotten when a mistake happens.
In the begginging of June, my partner/manager left Label Land. He is a great guy, I thought he had what it took to manage and care for my business. Unfortunately I was mistaken.
It took me 7 years to build a quality business. It took him six months to put in in critical condition.
When I sat back down at the helm I became shockingly aware of how badly my customers were being cared for:
Their multiple calls and emails were not being responded to.
There were over 300 orders that were not received.
Orders were messed up.
The Challenge Moving Forward.
The trick was how does one person alone fix this mess in the middle of the busy season.
There were; orders to process, orders to fix, refunds for the mess, etc. etc. etc.
I have been trying my best.
I have spent thousands of dollars trying to make things right.
Refunds.
Reprinting.
Priority and Overnighting Orders at Label Lands expense.
Staying up all night, many times. (two weeks ago I worked for 30hrs in a 35hr period)
Is it all back to normal?
Not even close.
I am still trying to resolve all outstanding issues while trying to service current customers. I am in the middle of the busy season and there is a lot for me to juggle.
For those that have experienced frustration with Label Land, know that I will try to make things right.
